The device cannot be started.
Possible cause 1: The power plug is loose and the main power supply in the workshop is not turned on.
Solution 1: Make sure the socket is properly plugged in, the power is on, and the measured voltage is within the rated voltage range.
Possible cause 2: Triggering safety protection devices, such as when the equipment is overloaded and the emergency stop button is accidentally pressed.
Solution 2: Ensure that the equipment operates normally within the load range and that the emergency stop button is not activated.
The cutting effect is not good
Possible cause 1: The blade has notches or is worn out.
Solution 1: Replace or grind the blade.
Possible reason 2: The distance between the cutter head and the blade is inappropriate.
Solution 2: Adjust the distance between the blade and the cutter head according to the manual, usually 0.1-0.3mm.
Possible cause 3: Insufficient pressure on the conveyor belt causes food to slip on it. Excessive pressure squeezing food causes the loss of juice.
Solution 3: Adjust the compression force and running speed of the conveyor belt on the control panel according to the characteristics of the food.
Possible reason 4: There is a significant difference in the size and shape of vegetables.
Solution 4: Add ingredients of relatively uniform specifications and do a good job of pre-treatment.
The equipment is operating abnormally, with noise or vibration.
Possible cause 1: There are foreign objects such as stones and metal sheets in the cutting chamber.
Solution 1: Remove foreign objects.
Possible reason 2: The cutting parts are loose.
Solution 2: Tighten the loose parts of components such as the cutter head, lock nuts, and conveyor belt rollers.
Possible cause 3: Wear of the knife shaft or drive belt.
Solution 3: If the noise comes from the inside of the knife shaft or transmission box and is accompanied by a dull “rumbling” sound, it might be due to bearing wear. Replace it in time. If there is a “pop pop” sound of slippage, it means the drive belt is too loose. Adjust the tension of the belt.
One of the cutting heads is not working.
Possible cause 1: Failure of the individual control system, abnormality of the contactor or frequency converter.
Solution 1: Cut off the power and restart. If there is no improvement, it indicates an electrical component failure and professional maintenance is required.
Possible cause 2: The drive belt of the cutting head is broken or fallen off.
Solution 2: Replace or reinstall the drive belt.
